Tools to reduce imposter syndrome and trust yourself

A self-confidence workbook, just for you

The Simple Mind is a newsletter to help you reduce overthinking and boost self-confidence.
Reading time: 1 min.

Happy Friday!

I’m currently writing an ebook on self-confidence, and from it, I created a workbook.

The workbook goal: simplify how self-confidence works, and share tools to strengthen it.

The workbook will soon be available on my website, but I wanted to share it with you guys first as a thank you for reading me (and sharing lovely feedback) every week.

Here are the main ideas from the workbook:

  • Self-confidence is based on two elements: self-efficacy & insecurities

  • It’s similar to a set of muscles, you can be strong in one area, and weak in another. It needs nurturing and regular workout.

  • Insecurities, or rather how you manage them is your core. If you have good core, you are able to hear insecurities and move past them.

  • Self-efficacy is your track record of overcoming challenges. It’s your knowledge and ability to strengthen your muscles. You may have done it in one area, and know the process to do it somewhere else

  • The three tools address these different aspects of self-confidence.

I can’t wait for you to dive in. I hope you’ll find value in it,

Orianne

A bit more about me: I am a mindset coach. I coach brilliant humans who perform very well but want to improve their relationship with themselves (their minds). I am a chocolate addict, live by the beach, and always read several books at the same time (currently The 10th Insight by James Redfield, & Set Boundaries, Find Peace by Nedra Glover Tawwab).

If you enjoyed this newsletter, you can read the previous editions and subscribe here. If you’re ready for coaching you can book an intro call.
